At NOVA Fitness we aim to provide guidance and an environment that allows our members to R.I.S.E. up
and better themselves one training session at a time!
We set out each day to set the standard on how
a fitness facility and its staff can change lives.

At NOVA Fitness we believe respect, integrity,
self-awareness and engagement are paramount!

OUR HISTORY
CrossFit 585 was established in 2009 as the second CrossFit affiliate in Rochester, NY! Since then, the gym has been reestablished as NOVA Fitness.

Membership quickly outgrew the original 2,500 sq. ft. facility, relocating two (2) more times until settling into the current 6,000 sq. ft. facility in Fall of 2020. We’re fortunate that many members have followed along since the beginning. Thanks to them, we’re continuing to grow, expanding to our second location for CrossFit in Victor!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Group fitness classes instructed from start-to-finish by
CrossFit certificate holders & CrossFit certified coaches.

CrossFit programming uses proven exercise principles
designed to increase performance and drive results.

A community of like-minded individuals willing to
work hard to become the best version of themselves. 

A fitness facility committed to changing lives
and impacting the community.

A professional, inspiring and welcoming environment.
