Volunteer Initiative Spaces
Since this year's theme is "CELEBRATE VOLUNTEERISM" up to twenty (20) 9' x 18' spaces
will be provided for FREE to qualified local, not-for-profit charitable organizations, churches
and/or local initiatives primarily facilitated by way of volunteer efforts serving the Victor community.
General Vendor Space Fees
$45 for 9’ x 18’ spaces
$75 for 16’ x 18’ spaces
*Note: If you plan to share your space, you must inform the Event Coordinator in advance.
Food & Beverage Vendor Spaces
These spaces are quoted based on space availability & other requirements such as whether or not
connection to electrical outlets is required. Copies of all required licences, permits & insurances
must be made available to the Event Coordinator upon request and/or prior to the event.
