Sweet Basil Cafe serves Cambodian cuisine
that we cook fresh and from the heart.
What is Cambodian food?
Like other Southeast Asian cuisines, Cambodian food is a balance of sweet, bitter, sour and salty flavors. It is only mildly spicy or not spicy at all
and uses less fish sauce than in Vietnamese
cuisine and always uses fresh spices.
Everything is fresh.
Another important part of Cambodian cuisine
is that things can't be rushed; for example,
the soups and other items can take
three to five hours to make.

The Victor-Farmington Food Cupboard is
an organization that provides food to
over 600 families in Ontario County.
We are part of the Foodlink network
(www.foodlinkny.org)
and follow their guidelines for food safety.
We have signed up to be part of the
Healthy Pantry Initiative and have
committed to ensuring that our customers
have consistent access to fresh fruits and vegetables so that we are part of the road
back to health for families and seniors.

We're your locally-based
homemade ice cream shop!
Founded in 2022, we have recently opened
a storefront right in the heart of
the Village of Victor, where we offer
"homemade" waffle cones and milkshakes!
We are open 7 days a week during summer months, from 2:00-9:00 p.m. Come on by today!
Or, we can come to you!
We can bring Molly V's Homemade Ice Cream
to you! We have a full-sized trailer for larger events (weddings, company picnics, family gatherings, etc.); and, for smaller events,
we have an ice cream cart.
We even have pints, quarts
and 1.5 gallon tubs "to go".
We serve traditional flavors and some
special and different ones as well.
We have a rotating list of flavors and
you can also request that specific ones
be brought to your event.
