that we cook fresh and from the heart.
What is Cambodian food?
Like other Southeast Asian cuisines, Cambodian food
is a balance of sweet, bitter, sour and salty flavors.
It is only mildly spicy or not spicy at all and uses
less fish sauce than in Vietnamese cuisine
and always uses fresh spices.
Everything is fresh.
Another important part of Cambodian cuisine
is that things can't be rushed; for example,
the soups and other items can take
three to five hours to make.

to over 600 families in Ontario County.
We are part of the Foodlink network
(www.foodlinkny.org)
and follow their guidelines for food safety.
We have signed up to be part of the
Healthy Pantry Initiative and have
committed to ensuring that our customers
have consistent access to fresh fruits
and vegetables so that we are part of the
road back to health for families and seniors.

"homemade" waffle cones and milkshakes!
We are open 7 days a week during summer months,

We have a full-sized trailer for
larger events (weddings, company picnics,

special and different ones as well.
We have a rotating list of flavors and
you can also request that specific ones
be brought to your event.
